A DESIGN-BUILD COMPANY
QUESTWORKS spun-off from Strathmore University. The founding team, who were then the University’s Estates Department’s employees, had just successfully completed the 233,577 Sq.Ft. Strathmore University Phase III expansion project. In a bid to retain all the exceptional technicians the project had nurtured, the directors of Questworks, resolved to set up a fit-out and project management company.
10 years later, Questworks had grown to a fully fledged design-build company, with the strongest profile in renewable energy in the region, and significant influence in the light mobility sector. We are home to a multi-talented group of engineers, architects, risk analysts and technicians. We have delivered award-winning projects all over Kenya, Zambia, Uganda, Nigeria and Puerto Rico.
90% of our work is Design-Build, the delivery method that keeps everyone under the same roof. Single-source responsibility means you work with a skilled team that brings innovative solutions and added value to every phase of the job.
QUESTWORKS offers a full range of Design-Build, general contracting and construction management services including assessments, estimates, surveys, architectural and interior design.
We make a lot of promises, like everyone does. But then we actually do all we can to deliver. The awards we’ve gathered are proof we do what we say we’ll do.
